2 Would have been nice to have screen doorways for your patio doorways so someone could open them and hear the ocean. The pictures of your house should be up to date to match the assets, it can be pretty run down and needs attention.

The house layout is nice. Undoubtedly needs some paint, repairing up in some places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. The views and beach was Certainly beautiful. The walk to your beach is what I loved the most. The house itself is just not in good shape. It's outdated and very out-of-date. The home furniture wasn't comfortable whatsoever rather than good with small kids due to the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to get thrown out and new kinds introduced in. You might feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you experienced two king beds that was nice.
Fantastic location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to take in dinner at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was the proper getaway and we appreciated coming back to the clean and spacious place after days within the beach!
Thank you for your feedback. Without a question this house is often a simple beach house and when you are expecting more this isn't the place for yourself. As for that outdoor spigot, without going into many details lets just say that it truly is inside the works to get addressed.
The beds were decently comfortable (not the best but did not hinder our snooze), and there was plenty of space to stow our stuff so we did not have to look at suitcases, etcetera. all week. Being right around the beach is undoubtedly the selling point and our favourite function of this house.
Quiet, cozy house. Big enough for my husband, myself and our 4 teenagers. We appreciated the beach perspective and loved that it is just a quick walk on the beach.

2 This home is a fantastic location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nevertheless, it can be in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Prior reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. And so the house bought lots of sand in it.
I’m a large dude and it took each hands to open. My wife was scarcely ready to open it in the least. A smaller or elderly individual will not have the ability to open the door(SAFETY ISSUE)! The other critique is often a matter of benefit. There is actually a water spigot Found in the bottom with the stairs leading to the beach, but it surely doesn’t function. It would’ve been nice to have been in the position to rinse feet and other objects off before going on towards the deck or while in the house.
You can get pleasure from beautiful sights from everywhere while in the house and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves as equally bedrooms are located gulf front. Without being crowded most times with the year, you'll be able to basically declare your own spot on the beach.
I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, two with the three plastic chairs outside were broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a huge improvement into the deck. The house has so much potential it is sad to determine it getting run down. I Definitely loved the area, however, cbd-flower if improvements aren't made would not rent house once again. Surely endorse visiting Port St Joe in the event you have not !!
